Be persistent, be consistent, and have fun! To get you started on adding more body movement into your daily life, try this five-week challenge will incorporate different types of movement into your routine. Rather than having to hit snooze five or six times on your morning alarm only to end up skipping the gym again, take small time-outs during the day to weave these simple actions and movements into everything you do. Besides being simple to incorporate, these body movements can also be a lot of fun!
