Without realizing it, we often carry the ancestors on our backs; their memory patterns deeply embedded within our vital tissues and cells.  We continually re-enact patterns that originate in the history and memory of our family lines. When we do not recognize ancestral traumas, we are likely to ferry them into every aspect of our lives. - Maya Tiwari We carry the DNA from our ancestors, and according to the theories in epigenetics, we encompass the last seven generations.  Each of us carries the good moments, the traumas, the angers, the hurts, the celebrations, and so on from our ancestors, and if we do nothing to heal these bonds, we pass them forward seven generations.  You can break the blueprint cycles of being ill and stuck in the many areas of life through Ancestral Healing, even if you do not know your ancestors.  In this workshop, we will discuss honoring our ancestors, breaking the bonds of pain, and moving forward into peace and freedom.  Please bring photographs of family members if you have them or anything that represents your lineage, a small gift you would like to offer (such as food or an object), notebook, and pen.
