Awakening The Feminine Journey is a 9-month commitment to yourself and a deeper dive into women’s wellness. In this journey you will create wellness through Ayurveda and Warrior Goddess Training focusing on women's empowerment practices, changing old habits, creating sustainable health, connecting with your body on a deeper level, getting to the core of who you are, healing old wounds, discovering your truth, building authenticity, creating and growing intent, and cultivating new beginnings. Why nine months??? This is symbolic of the manifestation of life during pregnancy. You will be birthing a new you by the end of the journey. We will explore limiting beliefs, also known as agreements, we make with ourselves, do the work of cleaning them out, identify patterns that no longer support our highest good while unlocking the inner core of who we are truly meant to be and create sustainable healthy changes for mind, body, emotion, and spirit. Over the nine month journey we will create a commitment to ourselves honoring the beginning of our healing, uncover unconscious agreements that contribute to our current mental/emotional/physical/and spiritual health, identify where we are out of balance in those spheres, build self-awareness/self-esteem/and self-acceptance, connect with others and with ourselves on a deeper level, align with both internal and external nature, clean out and purify our temples, shifting the paradigm from disease focused to holistic wellness, grounding into ourselves and creating calm, overcoming fears, boosting inner radiance, creating better routines, energizing and increasing creativity, increasing inner strength and wisdom, opening our hearts and speaking our truth, and embodying our most authentic selves as we move into the rest of our lives choosing a more aligned path. The journey includes: Meet every two weeks for 9 months in person, access to support from me throughout your journey (more information on this will be provided in the beginning), and a surprise gift at the end of the 9 months. Cost is $900 and can be paid in full or in monthly installments of $100/month over 9 months. Can schedule 180 days prior. Registration closes 7 days before start of journey. There are NO refunds.
